Kelvin Jones’ career in executive recruitment spans more than 20 years, particularly with high-growth and transformational venture- and PE-backed companies. He has successfully delivered senior searches in a wide range of business functions and geographies.
Kelvin has helped build some of the most successful boutique technology search firms, notably helping grow Erevena from 5 to 50 employees globally and driving the expansion of Hanover Matrix into Scandinavia. Previously, Kelvin worked in the Technology Practice at the global ‘big 5’ search firm Korn/Ferry.
After matriculating from Sandhurst, Kelvin spent his early career as a British Army officer, serving for eight years and retiring at the rank of Captain.
